Hi all,

Anyone heard of Elix IRR (UK based)?

Wondering what the total comp for manager and principal levels are and how these levels map to equivalent Accenture and Big 4 levels?

Any info would be great!

Not sure on compensation but I have heard of them. Staffed for the most part by ex-Accenture people, levels seem almost identical to Accenture - Analyst, Consultant, Manager etc
