Nirin

Hi,

I want to know the salary structure for a Sr. Consultant sales and marketing in Big 4 consulting companies. I am typically looking for incentive plans in proportion of revenues, for both short term and longterm (ongoing) engagements.

Rgds,

I think you're a bit confused. A consultant in the sales & marketing division does not actually work in sales. If you do manage to sell work, you will get recognition and proceed to promotion, but you sure as hell won't get a % kickback - not even as a partner.

I would imagine incentive = not being fired.

Are they still classifying the rag as 'benefits'?

I'm sure HMRC would find a way to tax it.
