I am just interested to know what is the average pay for technology SC1 or SC2 in london.

And would also like to know what is the tax percentage imposed on this number? As i am coming from Middle east where our tax is only 10% deducted from our salaries? SO what is the salary i owuld be taking home? Any other benefits deloitte UK gives?

I am really confused, i would like to move to london for many career related reasons and also for london it self. But the tax is just a killing factor adding to this rent..

I also come from consulting background and currently i am a senior consultant.

There are quite a few posts on Deloitte SC pay on the forum, it's probably worth digging around. Also, there is a pay review put together wich is available on the site.

For working out tax etc., a great site is www.listentotaxman.com. You're probably in for a shock compared to the 10% you're used to.

Deloitte's benefits at SC are relatively limited, it's all part of their 'flexible benefits' approach and you only get £600, but if you get an offer all will be negotiable.
