interested...

Hi All.

Wanted some info on Parthenon. Inside scoop on the type of work they do, culture, levels/pay, and location of work. Any current or ex-employees able to shed some light?

Thanks

abc to interested... (#1)

Some of the highest pay in industry (based on an unrepresentative number of offers I have seen / heard of from close friends) .. beats Mck bain BCG out of the water by miles in terms of pay.

Staff has some very impressive work / educational backgrounds (Harvard, INSEAD, LBS, Bain, Oxbridge, MBB etc)

Work --> no idea, but hear say suggests interesting and MBB type

Location --> international

Apologies to revive after so long - anyone got any perspectives on:

(a) How Parthenon are doing (ie. are they growing revenues? Are they profitable enough to pay out bonuses? Any closed offices/major senior leavers?)

(b) What their European industry mix currently is (the inside story rather than the official website view)?

Like a few other firms (Mars & Co, Partners in Performance, Spectrum etc) they are out there but no-one I've ever met has ever met someone from these firms. So they are like umm a daytime soap opera actor opening a supermarket near you, or the author of a semiotic analysis of Bagpuss, or ummm ummm...sorry who are we talking about again?

So...if a tree falls in a wood, will anyone from Parthenon be around to hear it?

but if a tree falls in a wood and there is no one around to hear it...does it make a sounds at all? is sound entirely dependent on experience of it?

Mr Cool to marsday (#9)

Mars, the existentialist in me would love you to find me a job. I truly could make of it what I want. But if no one was around to hear the job offer, would the offer exist?

Off to bed now to re-read camus. Or the Beano.
