I'm interested in unlocking untapped staff potential to deliver better businesses. Whilst this is an element of much consulting, has anyone come across a consultancy specialising in this area? Thanks.

I know a couple of the smaller psychology consultancies do this type of work particularly for senior managers. Have a look at www.yscltd.co.uk

I run a small partnership specialising in helping staff to recognise and tap into their potential. We have helped such clients as E&Y, Audit Commission, and other blue chips, numerous public sector and not-for-profit organisations too. I'd be happy to discuss your needs and maybe point you in the right direction if we can't help. nev@webb-associates.co.uk

Hi,

An interesting and unfortunately all too rare objective!

Our core company competency is accessing individual excellence and marrying it to a corporate bottom line goals/tasks. My career evolution from Law to Diplomacy to Consulting has left me without a doubt that ensuring full use of employee innate/learned ability and experience not only makes for a good return on investment but builds a vibrant corporate identity and general sense of well being.

We are a boutiquish operation in Canada - Feel free to contact me if distance/electronic communication is not a problem for you.

Try RSM Robson Rhodes - They have a division called Potentia which focuses exclusively on individual and team potential. I believe this is offerred through their business consulting division
