Global Worker

Hi, looking for some indication on likely salary range for a manager position in the UK with a "big 4" firm for someone with 12 years international experience - any thoughts?

Hi there - it would appear that there is a slight disconnect between the entry point and your experience. Typically, people can get to manager level after somewhere between 4-6 years experience. They can expect a salary of around 50-60 plus car and bens. However, typically, it would be more reasonable to expect a person with 12 yrs experience to be at the senior manager level which could command a salary of 60 - 100+ depending on nature of experience etc.
