I am on the brink of starting up my small Internet solutions provider. Although I originate from a blue chip environment my purpose is to aim at the medium to small business environment as I feel they require a similar type exposure as the giants.
I have a vision that all sectors of the business community should have equal understanding and opportunities to use the Internet and add value to their businesses. Unfortunately the sector of the smaller business environment is left to fend for themselves and are at the mercy of those who profess to be "website designers" of sorts and therefore landing up with an Internet presence that serves no purpose at all. The worst situation would be that the image of their business has been negatively affected by a poor Internet presence and usage.
I go one step further and also look at their usage of hardware / software which in many cases they have acquired under pressure and the full usage of the hardware / software has never been realised by them.

I saw your article on this forum notice-board and thought it sounded interesting. I would like to express an interest in being involved, and would be happy to send you a copy of my details at a later date.
My objective is to secure a partnership role that utilises my existing skill set in both applied business technology and broader industry settings. As an industrial economist with a Management Consulting slant, it has been vital that I have been able to get up to speed in often radically different disciplines –from an initial base in the utilities’ sector across to 3G Telecoms and Investment appraisal. It is this skill set and adaptability that I would bring to any successful project.
