Can anyone tell me much about it? Also maybe what it's like work in the org function? I'm half way stuck between applying for strategy and organisation consulting. Which?

Help me please, anyone, I really want to make the righgt decision!

The short answer: to understand what organisation consulting is all about, browse the articles in McKinsey Quarterly and such journals and read the articles in that category. Harvard Business Review publishes a lot of material on "organisation" issues - up to half of the articles in the typical issue. More than the other business journals, if you are familiar with the HBR editorial style this is a starting point to understand the approach of the organisation consultant.
