Which offer to take? Accenture ATS vs Capgemini Business Tech

#1 Which offer to take? Accenture ATS vs Capgemini Business Tech

Hi guys,

I am a fresh graduate and have received 2 similar offers:

1. Business Analyst & Testing at Accenture Technology (ATS)

2. Business Technology Consultant at Capgemini

Salary wise, Capgemini is offering about 5-8% more. I am more concerned about future prospects and opportunities.

I am more interested in going in the direction of IT consulting - developing business case, requirements elicitation/analysis/management, running client workshops, architecture management/conception.

I am aware that Accenture is the bigger player and has a better brand. However, I have also read a lot about the clear distinction between Tech Consulting and ATS. I would go with Accenture if not for the fact that, I might have a hard time trying to cross from ATS to Tech Consulting afterwards.

Not so sure about the internal structure of Capgemini though.

Any advice or comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)
