How long does it take before I get worried after partner interview for an experience role

Job seeker

I had my partner interview early Feb 2017 for an experienced advisory role in EY London and I am yet to receive any form of response. Should I be worried? I also note that the role is back online, does that mean that I will get rejected?

When do you reckon I hear back from EY? Does it normally take this long? the wait is draining.

I am afraid this is not a good sign , I have passed through this many times and my experience was if they need you they will call within a week's time with an offer

Have to agree with the other comments here. If you'd just not heard back, you might have cause to remain positive - could just be a delay in the hiring start date needed owing to project changes. But the fact that it's being advertised again has to suggest they don't consider the position filled...

Hope that helps - better to move on than be strung along by possibly false promise.

Tony
