Depends on the client, and which workforce you are in. For MC, it's long hours in financial services sector, and not much for Telcom clients.

Also, usually all projects have tight deadlines for deliverables, and there is always a couple weeks window when you are knee deep in work, but the rest of the time its 8 hr workday.
