Dear all,

I am a master in IT graduate (2006) and having almost 2,3 years of experience in programming and little testing fields.I worked as a programmer in a consulting company.

Right now I am looking for a Jr.management consulting position,since I don't have any education/ experience in management side.

Is there any way to reach there?Should I do any courses (short term)or?

please suggest.
